Well at least I know why he was being so wishy-washy on sending those troops to Afghanistan.
Speaking of Afghanistan, seeing as we already have boots on the ground over there, I can only see it going three ways:
- Send the requested troops and equipment (Obama’s Surge)
- Skimp on the requested troops and equipment (Obama’s Mogadishu)
- or pull out completely, (Obama’s Vietnam), and hope our actions don’t bite us in the ass down the road.
Ought to be interesting.
