Standard Mischief Says :
“In February of 2010, Soles entered a guilty plea on a misdemeanor charge of assault. He was accused of shooting Kyle Blackburn in August of 2009, as Blackburn trespassed on Soles’ property with two other people. Judge Jack Hooks fined Soles $1,000, plus court costs.”
